Article 1 - Service overview

Shuttle Booking International (S.B.I.) is a ground-transport booking platform offering private or shared transfers by shuttle, taxi and coach. Our door-to-door service links airports, hotels, train stations, cruise terminals, tourist sites and custom destinations on an international scale.

Using our booking system implies unconditional agreement with the present general terms and operating procedures.

S.B.I. reserves the right to update these terms at any time and invites you to review them regularly.

Article 2 - Services offered

2.1 Available transfers

• Airport transfers: to and from all major airports
• Rail transfers: TGV stations, Eurostar, etc.
• Port transfers: cruise terminals
• Urban transfers: between cities and metropolitan areas
• Custom transfers: to any specific address

2.2 Vehicle types

• Sedans: 1-3 passengers
• Minivans: 4-7 passengers
• Shared shuttles: 8-14 passengers
• Minibuses: 15-20 passengers
• Coaches: 21+ passengers

Article 3 - Booking conditions

3.1 Booking process

All bookings are made via our online platform or by email. The booking is confirmed only after:

1. Receipt of full payment
2. Sending of the booking confirmation by email
3. Assignment of a unique reference number

3.2 Booking lead times

• Private transfers: minimum 48 hours in advance
• Group transfers: minimum 2 weeks in advance
• Last-minute bookings: subject to availability

3.3 Required information

The customer must provide accurate information including: full name, contact details, flight/train details if applicable, number of passengers, luggage quantity, and precise address.

Article 4 - Transport conditions

4.1 Pickup

The driver will wait for the customer at the agreed meeting point with a name sign. For airport arrivals, free waiting time is included:

• Domestic flights: 45 minutes after landing
• International flights: 60 minutes after landing
• Train/port transfers: 30 minutes

4.2 Luggage

• Standard allowance: 2 suitcases + 1 cabin bag per person
• Extra luggage: additional fees apply
• Special equipment (skis, bikes, etc.): notify at booking

4.3 Children and car seats

Child seats are provided free on request at booking. The customer is responsible for placing the child in the seat.

Article 5 - Pricing & commissions

5.1 Prices

Prices displayed on our platform include:

• Door-to-door transport service
• Standard waiting time
• Standard luggage allowance
• Applicable VAT
• Platform commission

5.2 Payment

Payment is made in full at booking by bank card via our secure payment gateway (Stripe). No payment is requested from the driver.

5.3 Possible supplements

• Night service (10 PM - 6 AM): per carrier
• Additional waiting time
• Excess luggage
• Last-minute changes

Article 6 - Modifications & cancellations

6.1 Modifications

Booking modifications are possible subject to availability:

• More than 48h before: free modification (once)
• 24-48h before: €15 fee
• Less than 24h: subject to availability, €25 fee

6.2 Cancellation policy

6.3 Cancellation procedure

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to support@shuttle-booking-international.com with the booking number and 'CANCELLATION' in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Article 7 - Responsibilities

7.1 S.B.I.'s responsibility

As a matching platform, S.B.I. is committed to:

• Verifying partner carriers' qualifications and insurance
• Ensuring the booking platform's smooth operation
• Providing responsive customer service
• Handling complaints fairly

7.2 Carrier's responsibility

The partner carrier is responsible for:

• Executing the transport service
• Passenger safety during the trip
• Compliance with traffic laws
• Professional insurance

7.3 Customer's responsibility

• Providing accurate information at booking
• Being present at the meeting point at the agreed time
• Contacting the driver in case of delay
• Respecting in-vehicle conduct rules

Article 8 - Legal provisions

8.1 Governing law

These general terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation and/or execution falls under French courts.

8.2 Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for amicable dispute resolution.
