How do I make a reservation?

You can either:

How do I pay for my shuttle?

All online bookings are paid in advance by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) via a secure website. You just need to print out the Transfer Voucher and give it to your driver when you arrive at your local destination. You can also present your e-mail confirmation to the representative in charge of your transfer by using a Smartphone or tablet.

For Private and Shared Transfers, children are included in the price.

Is your website secure?

Direct, secure payment will be made when you are transferred to a secure page to proceed with payment for the service(s), providing us with your card number and other pertinent information. At that time, your transfer confirmation will be complete. Online services & secure payments are provided by various partners, via their secure and encrypted process.

How far in advance do I have to reserve?

Online reservations can be made up to 48 hrs. in advance for less than 15 passengers booking a round trip or a one way trip upon arrival or departure; two weeks in advance for more than 15 passengers, which will be considered as a group service. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Send us an e-mail mentioning your reservation number, with Cancel in the subject line. Any cancellation or change in one or more reservations includes administrative costs and handling, but may be subject to the following conditions: More than 48 hrs. before your transfer, 95% refund of the amount paid. 24 hrs. before your transfer, 80% refund. No refunds for cancellation on the travel date.


How do I find you at the airport?

Upon arrival, after collecting your bags, please follow the instructions on your Transfer Voucher that you will have printed in advance. Your driver will be waiting at the exit of Customs with your name and our S.B.I. or Shuttle Booking International logo on a sign.

Why do I need to call if I have already pre-booked?

It is important for you to call your local contact, so we know that you have actually arrived. It is also useful in case you get delayed at Customs or at Baggage Claims, so we can ensure the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call your local contact before collecting your luggage; the driver can then make his way to meet you while you pick up your bags.

What are your office hours?

Our reservation service is open every day of the year from 5 a.m. until 11 p.m., Paris time. Online booking is 24/7, all year.

What if the office is closed when I arrive?

If the office is closed when you call, please follow the instructions on your voucher and use the emergency phone number to contact us, in order to find your driver. Your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point specified on your Transfer Voucher.

What if my flight is delayed?

We will wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time we will try our best to provide your transfer, but cannot guarantee this will be possible.

What are your vehicles like?

S.B.I. is a nationwide booking network; all of the shuttle transfers are provided by private transport carriers. The suppliers currently use 8-seat minivans, private classic 4-seat VIP vehicles, sedans and coaches/buses for groups. Shuttles are non-smoking, with drivers speaking various languages.

How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport, seaport, train station?

Your pick-up time is to be confirmed with your local supplier. We normally pick-up our passengers three hours before the scheduled flight/train/ship departure time. However, it is important that you call your local representative 24hrs. before your departure to confirm your pick-up time and that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.

Where are your pick-up and drop-off points?

We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal where you land and take you to the door of the address you've indicated when booking your service. Upon departure, we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal/platform from which you leave.

What airports do you serve & do you operate outside of big cities?

The offered service is a door-to-door shuttle service from or to airports, hotels, train stations, seaports and all destinations in nearby suburbs of large cities worldwide (listed on our site). Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go, please contact us for a quote if you need to go to any specific destination not listed.

How long does it take to get from my accommodation to the airport and vice-versa?

Travel time depends on traffic and your address. The average travel time is about one hour, but may vary.

How much luggage can I have in the shuttle?

You may take two standard-sized suitcases and one item of hand luggage free of charge. For any extra or over-sized luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Contact us for further information.

Do you provide child/baby seats?

Yes, we do provide free baby seats (upon request) for Private (and Shared) Transfers. Please note that you are responsible for placing your child in the seat. In accordance with existing regulations, all passengers must buckle individual seat belts.

Don’t worry! All of our partners have drivers and agents who speak various languages.

Do I need to tip the driver?

It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver or not.
